Peggy Collen

Peggy Collen's pursuit of her legal education came after working as a film animator. In addition to her law degree, she holds a BA and MFA from UCLA.

Volunteer Attorney Service

Ms. Collen serves as a volunteer attorney representing NYCHA residents with issues relating to their Emotional Support Animals. She has been a long-time volunteer with the City Bar Justice Center’s Cancer Advocacy & Elderlaw Projects. Through her volunteer work, Ms. Collen has prepared life-planning documents for seniors, cancer patients, and survivors. She has also been invited to speak at community outreach events for the Elderlaw Project.
