Peggy Collen is an experienced attorney and an aggressive litigator. She cares deeply about her clients and encourages close communication so that they understand the legal process. You can rely on Ms. Collen’s comprehensive representation.

Peggy Collen’s pursuit of her legal education came after working as a film animator. In addition to her law degree, she holds a BA and MFA from UCLA.

Volunteer Attorney Service

Ms. Collen has been a long-time volunteer with the City Bar Justice Center’s Cancer Advocacy & Elderlaw Projects. Through her volunteer work, Ms. Collen has prepared life-planning documents for seniors, cancer patients, and survivors. She has also been invited to speak at community outreach events for the Elderlaw Project.
